I have an up to date Office for Mac 2011, and when I insert pictures through file, or drag the image into the document, or copy and paste it, there is an image resolution degradation. I'm using a PNG image, I've already tried tweaking the 'Reduce file size' to keep current resolution, which did not make a difference even when reopening the document and tried sharpening the image to 100%, but made it look worse.
